C-TPAT Participation and Compliance Update: Dated: May 29th, 2003 Phoenix International Freight Services, Ltd. has been working on
becoming C-TPAT certified with the Bureau of Customs and Border
Protection. Our MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) was filed April
of this year and our Security Policy and Procedures have been approved
by the Phoenix Global Security Steering Committee. Phoenix' Executive
Summary and Security Profile Questionnaire were filed the end of
May. C-TPAT certification takes approximately 60 to 90 days thereafter.
