C-TPAT Participation and Compliance Update:

Phoenix Int'l Freight Services, Ltd. is currently in the process of becoming C-TPAT certified as a Broker/Air Freight Consolidator/Ocean Transportation Intermediary/NVOCC with the U.S. Customs Service. We have submitted our MOU (Memo of Understanding) and are currently developing our Supply Chain Security Policy and Procedures. We anticipate to be C-TPAT certified in June 2003.
