AMS Participation and Compliance Update
AMS Participation and Compliance Update: Phoenix Int'l Freight Services, Ltd. is an approved participant
of U.S. Customs Service's Sea AMS Program. As an automated NVOCC,
Phoenix Intl will be filing manifest details as per the regulations.
Phoenix Intl is currently completing internal training, maintaining
software according to daily changes, and assisting all parties in
proper and timely filing of manifest details. Phoenix Intl's participation
and compliance with Sea AMS does not alleviate the importer's responsibility
of exercising reasonable care to ensure that their supplier's provide
manifest data in an accurate and timely fashion.
