2. Call, fax or email us for rate quotes.
3. If you chose to use our services:
   • Consider using our Shipper's Letter of Instruction form, offered here for your convenience.
   • Print, complete, sign and return our Credit Application offered here as well. Please note that we must have an officer of your company sign the front and back of our application. The original signed documents must be mailed or given to your local Phoenix branch.
   • Print, complete, sign and return our Power of Attorney form. An officer's signature is required for Imports, but a manager's signature will suffice for Export shipments only.
